Where We Ship

Diamooky currently ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered through the online store.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time may ship the same business day, but same-day dispatch is not guaranteed during peak periods.

Shipping Options and Rates

• Standard shipping for orders over $50: Free; estimated delivery in 5–8 business days.
• Standard shipping for orders of $50 or less: $5.00 flat rate; estimated delivery in 5–8 business days.
  
• Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 10 business days after placement.

Available services, charges, and the final delivery estimate are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order is processed and are not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing the available tracking information. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address Changes

Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact support@diamooky.com immediately if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins and are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues

Carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, holidays, security inspections, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us promptly with your order number. We will work with the carrier and provide a reasonable resolution based on the investigation.（We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for domestic deliveries）

Damaged Packages

If your package or product arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email support@diamooky.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. To qualify, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

• Return Shipping Responsibility

1. Returns Due to Seller Error or Damaged Items
If an item is returned due to an error on the seller’s part, such as receiving an incorrect item, or if the item arrives damaged, the seller will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

2. Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse
If a return is requested for reasons unrelated to seller error, including ordering the wrong item, changing one’s mind, or no longer wanting the item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Neither the original shipping fee nor the expedited shipping fee is refundable (no restocking fee will be charged). If a prepaid return shipping label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from the buyer’s final refund amount.

• Steps to Start a Return

1. Email support@diamooky.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without a valid RMA number clearly written on the package will be refused.
3. You may use the prepaid return label supplied by us (the cost will be deducted from your refund), or you may use your own trackable shipping method.

Returns sent without prior authorization might be delayed or refused. Eligible return instructions are normally issued within one business day.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other solution at no additional cost. We might not require a damaged item to be returned.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for products that have been installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original components. Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale are also non-returnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. If we shipped an incorrect or defective product, contact us before placing another order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the decision. Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for inspection. After approval, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days. Your bank or card provider might require additional processing time. Unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law, the original shipping charges and expedited shipping charges will not be refunded (no restocking fee will be charged).

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation or address change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped. A shipped order must follow the return process above.
