These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of diamooky.com (operated by BESTEFFIE INC, doing business as Diamooky) and your purchase of products from Diamooky. By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and shipping information and to safeguard your account credentials.

2. Product Information and Fitment

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, fitment information, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen colors and product appearance may vary. Before ordering an automotive accessory, you are responsible for confirming the vehicle model, model year, trim, body style, and other fitment details shown on the product page. 3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or restrictions imposed by law. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment.

4. Shipping & Returns

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

5. Installation and Safe Use

Follow all product instructions and use suitable tools and safety precautions. Do not install or adjust accessories while driving. Products must not obstruct vehicle controls, airbags, visibility, or safe operation. If you are uncertain about installation, obtain help from a qualified professional. You remain responsible for confirming that installation and use comply with applicable vehicle requirements and law.

6. Site Content and Intellectual Property

The site and its text, photographs, video, graphics, logos, product designs, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to BESTEFFIE INC (d/b/a Diamooky) and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a different limit is required by law.

11. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their place of residence.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless applicable law requires otherwise.
