What We Cover.
Fit Warranty
If a CAD-verified Diamooky module does not fit the listed vehicle as described, we will replace it or refund the purchase. No questions, no restocking fee.
Structural Warranty
Two-year warranty against material defects and weld/structural failure on all CNC-machined aluminum components under normal off-road and on-road use.
Replacement Parts
Hardware components stocked as long as the platform is supported. Lose a fastener — we ship the replacement.
What's Not Covered.
Cosmetic wear from normal use. Damage from collision, vehicle fire, or modification of Diamooky hardware. Use of components on vehicles not listed in the fit profile. Powder-coat scratching from heavy gear contact.
How to Make a Claim.
Email support@diamooky.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. Most claims are resolved within two business days.
